To help us investigate safely, include:

• your Shopify shop domain;
• the time the issue occurred and your timezone;
• a concise description and relevant screenshots; and
• a Generation ID or request ID if the issue concerns a creative.

Do not send Shopify access tokens, passwords, API keys, or private image files by email unless NovaStack has agreed a secure support path.
