Service

AdForge is a Shopify app that helps merchants create static advertising creatives from merchant-selected Shopify product information and media. The service, features, and supported plans may change as the service develops.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for their Shopify content, permissions, product facts, advertising claims, use of generated creatives, and compliance with applicable law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, consumer-protection requirements, and sector-specific rules. Merchants must review output before use and must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or rights-violating content.

AI output

AI-generated output can contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results. AdForge does not guarantee that an output is accurate, unique, fit for a particular purpose, legally compliant, or approved by Shopify, an advertising platform, or a regulator.

Billing and availability

Shopify App Pricing manages subscriptions and plan selection. Plan availability, allowances, and billing-cycle eligibility are determined from Shopify's active subscription information. Access may be changed, suspended, or ended where required to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AdForge is provided on an as-available basis and NovaStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amounts paid for AdForge during the period giving rise to the claim.
